Our Creator designed our time on this Earth to be an experience where we get to know and enjoy Him personally, benefiting from relationship with the One who created us. This is what we're made for; community, relationship, creativity and peace. Along life's journey, though, we often encounter trials and disappointments, setbacks, broken dreams and sometimes what we end up with is a shattered life. Thank God that He is gracious and forgiving to help us begin anew. We don't need a new religion or some self-help method. And we certainly don't need to go somewhere to have people sit in judgment. What we need is what God has offered: New Life.
At Colton Christian Church we all know how broken and far from God we can be, and we're here because someone reminded us that God is willing to help us start over. We come from all walks of life and many ethnic backgrounds. We are young and old, seasoned believers and beginning followers. The one thing we have in common is our desire to leave behind the old life and pursue what God has set out for our future. Come and see, won't you, and join us as we seek together the new life He desires for us. No condemnation, no judgment. Just what we all need . . . A Second Chance
When you've got good news you can't keep quiet about it. And all over the world people are hearing the Gospel, at least in part, because we at Colton Christian Church are invested in the ministries of those faithful workers who are out there sharing the truth of Jesus with a world that so desperately needs to hear it. We're passionate about our giving to mission work, and love to hear from our missionaries regularly. Colton Christian Church exists for the sole purpose of helping people come to know the Father, Son and Holy Spirit described in the inspired scriptures of the Bible; to help others to personally experience Him in their daily lives and to fulfill the Great Commission. We are a sanctuary for the lost, the sick and the disenfranchised. As community of believers we are committed to the nourishing, strengthening and maturing of each and every individual in the power of the Holy Spirit for the building up of the body of Christ. We show partiality to none and love to all in order that our Lord Jesus Christ may be exalted.
